B.Y. who had been taken to Bağlar Security Directorate to give testimony on the fight he participated was beaten in Diyarbakır Province on 1 January 2011. B.Y.’s jaw, teeth and nasal bone were fractured due to the tortured he was subjected to (ANF, 2 January).
